Professional and knowledgeable facilitator

Although the presenter was good and gave good tips, I found the content quite basic and expected a bit more from the intermediate course. I would suggest sending a "test" to determine the level of the participants beforehand and also if a group books to engage beforehand and try customize the training to their needs. The presenter could also have engaged a bit more by asking open ended questions or if someone has a question engaging with the team to ask if anyone knows what the member can do to resolve an issue.
