However, we do offer a 30-minute FREE Pre-Training assessmentthat will give you a good idea as to which course you should start with. Once complete we will send you a detailed report that maps your skills against our course content and a subsequent recommendation of which course to start with.
All courses are self-paced and presented in bite-sized videos. As soon as you have made your online payment, you will receive an email from us with instructions on how to get started.
At the start of the course, you will be able to download a follow-a-long Workbook that also doubles up as notes. This, together with your life-time access to the videos will enable you to re-visit any section at any time.
As access is for Life, there is no rush to get the course done. However, we do recommend that you take no longer than a month to complete a course.
Yes indeed. Once you have completed all sections of a course you will be able to download a Course Completion Certificate.
Self-marking quick questions after each section help assess your understanding and test your progress throughout the course. These are effectively self-assessments through and have no bearing on your Course Completion Certificate.
